1. Sponsor
This contest (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by No Bull Law, a legal entity owned and operated by Johnson Law Group (“Sponsor”), located at 2925 Richmond Ave. #1700, Houston, TX 77098.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding a prize.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 9:00 AM PT on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on Thursday, July 3, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow @NoBullLaw on Instagram
- Comment on the Giveaway post and tag two (2) friends per comment
Participants may comment multiple times to increase visibility, but only one (1) valid entry per person will be considered, regardless of the number of comments or platform used. Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
Comments must remain visible and compliant with platform rules. Entrants' accounts must be public at the time of winner selection. Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection
All valid entries across Instagram will be compiled and processed using EasyPromos, a certified third-party contest platform that employs an automated random drawing tool to ensure fairness.
One (1) winner will be selected at random and notified via direct message on the platform used to enter within 72 hours of the Giveaway closing.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility, including requiring proof of identity, age, and compliance with these rules. If the selected winner does not meet eligibility requirements, does not respond within 72 hours, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner will be selected using the same process.
6. Prize Details
The winner will receive two (4) tickets to the Houston Astros Baseball game on July 12, 2025, in Houston, TX.
- Prize consists of concert tickets only. Travel, lodging, parking, meals, and other expenses are not included.
- Tickets have no cash value, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and may not be resold or gifted without prior written approval from Sponsor.
- Tickets will be delivered digitally via email or mobile transfer no later than five (5) days prior to the event date.
- If the event is canceled or rescheduled, Sponsor has no obligation to provide a substitute prize or cash equivalent.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The winner assumes all risks associated with participation and attendance at the concert. Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of participation in the Giveaway or attendance at the event.
Sponsor is not responsible for any events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, public health crises, or concert cancellation.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, The Houston Astros, The Texas Rangers, the venue, or EasyPromos.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or fraud. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and accept all Sponsor decisions.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used solely for administration and prize fulfillment and will not be shared or sold to third parties. Entrants may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting Info@NoBullLaw.com
10. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, social media handle, likeness, and city of residence in marketing and promotional materials (including social media) without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. Governing Law
This Giveaway and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
